Chemical Laboratory Employee (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Assistance for development projects of new products and solutions
- Support for design and characterisation of development patterns made of polymeric materials (development, formulation, test, processing)
- Production and evaluation of new materials or material compositions
- Careful execution and following analysis of test series
- Creation and review of process-relevant documentation and laboratory data
- Collaboration with suppliers and internal departments during the whole development process
Your Previous Experiences
- Completed apprenticeship as Chemical Technician, Chemical Laboratory Assistant, Chemical Technical Assistant, or similar qualification
- Basic knowledge about diverse reaction resins (polyurethane, polyester, epoxide, silicone etc.)
- Initial experience with additives, their application and function
- Sense of responsibility for compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Practical experience with use and maintenance of laboratory equipment
- Good observational skill, technical understanding, practical skill with handling of test setups
- Safe and precise handling also with very small material quantities
- Collaborative skills, initiative, flexibility, solution oriented and independent work approach
- Good speaking and writing skills in German and English
