Runde des TOP 100 Wettbewerbs als Technologieschmiede \u00fcberzeugt, und daf\u00fcr in 2023 zum zweiten Mal das TOP 100 Siegel verliehen bekommen. Nur besonders innovativen mittelst\u00e4ndischen Unternehmen wird diese Auszeichnung zuteil. Im Juni wird unser CEO Mohammad Kabany vom Mentor des Wettbewerbs, dem Wissenschaftsjournalisten Ranga Yogeshwar, die Ehrung pers\u00f6nlich entgegennehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Kernst\u00fcck des Innovationswettbewerbs TOP 100 ist ein wissenschaftliches Auswahlverfahren, das alle Teilnehmer durchlaufen. Im Auftrag des Ausrichters compamedia untersuchten der Innovationsforscher Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke und sein Team mehr als 100 Innovations-Indikatoren aus f\u00fcnf Kategorien: Innovationsf\u00f6rderndes Top-Management, Innovationsklima, Innovative Prozesse und Organisation, Au\u00dfenorientierung \/ Open Innovation und Innovationserfolg. Eine besondere Gewichtung erf\u00e4hrt die Frage, ob und wie sich Neuheiten und Produktverbesserungen am Markt durchsetzen (weitere Informationen zu den Pr\u00fcfkriterien unter <a href=\"http:\/\/www.top100.de\/pruefkriterien\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.top100.de\/pruefkriterien<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>In diesem Jahr erlebte der Wettbewerb das bisher gr\u00f6\u00dfte Kandidatenfeld. Damit alle Bewerber die gleichen Chancen haben, wird das Siegel in drei Gr\u00f6\u00dfenklassen vergeben. Beworben hatten sich insgesamt 550 Mittelst\u00e4ndler, 300 von ihnen waren erfolgreich (100 pro Gr\u00f6\u00dfenklasse) und geh\u00f6ren damit zu den diesj\u00e4hrigen TOP 100.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eBei TOP 100 geht es um die Frage, welchen Stellenwert das Innovationsziel im Unternehmen einnimmt\u201c, sagt Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke, wissenschaftlicher Leiter des Wettbewerbs. \u201eDominieren Routinen und Gewohnheiten oder aber ist das Unternehmen in der Lage, Bestehendes zu hinterfragen, kreativ und neu zu denken und erfolgreich am Markt durchzusetzen? Wir analysieren diese F\u00e4higkeit anhand von mehr als 100 Pr\u00fcfkriterien\u201c, erl\u00e4utert er.<\/p>\n<p>Am 23. Juni gibt es einen zweiten Anlass zum Feiern: dann kommen die Top-Innovatoren des Jahrgangs 2023 auf dem Deutschen Mittelstands-Summit in Augsburg zur Preisverleihung zusammen, um die Gl\u00fcckw\u00fcnsche von Ranga Yogeshwar entgegenzunehmen.
